Legal Recruitment Consultant – Remote

About the role

Join Nucleus Legal Recruitment, a specialist legal recruitment firm, as an experienced Recruitment Consultant working remotely. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for legal roles, develop client relationships and drive new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify vacancies, source and assess candidates, and manage placements from start to finish.
• Develop new business with law firms and other legal employers.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and provide market insight to clients.
• Negotiate offers, manage candidate onboarding and ensure successful placement completion.
• Achieve ambitious billing targets and contribute to the firm’s growth plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience with a proven annual billing record of £140,000+.
• Experience in the legal sector is preferred.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Resilient, results‑driven and able to thrive in a competitive market.
