About the role
We are an award‑winning, collaborative law firm seeking an experienced Revenue Assistant to join our friendly and growing team in London. The role involves converting work‑in‑progress into compliant invoices, securing timely payments and supporting revenue controllers, offering a solid foundation for future career development.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately convert work‑in‑progress (WIP) into compliant invoices for the firm’s 20,000+ annual invoices.
- Secure timely payment of invoices by monitoring and following up on outstanding balances.
- Resolve and, where necessary, escalate payment queries to ensure smooth cash flow.
- Provide assistance to revenue controllers in day‑to‑day revenue operations.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience as a Revenue Assistant, Biller or Credit Controller within a legal or professional services environment.
- Proven ability to work accurately with invoicing processes and to handle payment queries in a fast‑paced setting.
