Lettings Coordinator

About the role

David Astburys is a fast‑growing estate agency looking for a Lettings Coordinator to join its vibrant London office. You will be the first point of contact for clients, manage day‑to‑day office administration and support the lettings team throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients in the office and set a professional tone for all interactions.
• Answer telephone calls courteously and efficiently.
• Handle routine office administration tasks and ensure the office is well equipped.
• Assist new starters with email, computer, phone line and Jupix account set‑up.
• Oversee deal progression, reference checks and issue landlord terms and conditions.
• Organise pre‑tenancy compliance (Gas certificates, EPCs, EICRs, inventories, cleaning) and record everything in Jupix.
• Register tenant deposits and prepare tenancy agreements and How to Rent guides.
• Receipt tenant move‑in payments and manage let‑only works via Jupix.
• Issue renewal tenancy agreements for let‑only properties.
• Respond to Google reviews and reconcile client deposit accounts monthly.
• Process tenancy endings and instruct accounts to release deposits.
• Carry out any other reasonable office requests.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Jupix property management software.
