Live-in Carer – Complex Care Support (Female)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced female live‑in complex care support worker to provide personalised care for a client in their home in Epsom, Surrey. The role involves living on‑site and delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support around the clock.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live‑in complex care support, including personal care, daily living assistance and companionship to the client.
• Administer prescribed medication and perform regular INR monitoring, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting.
• Follow clinical guidance and escalation procedures, responding promptly to any changes in the client’s health status.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of UK care experience, with a proven track record in complex‑care settings.
• Right to work in the UK and reliable personal transport for commuting to the placement.
• Understanding of Tamil, Kerala or Malayali cultural preferences and the ability to respect them in daily care.
• Calm, reliable, organised and observant nature with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to clinical protocols and escalation pathways.

Required skills

• Medication administration, including dosage calculation and safe delivery.
• INR monitoring and interpretation of results.
• Experience with left ventricular assist device (LVAD) or heart‑failure care (desirable).
