Loan Administrator

About the role
We are looking for a Loan Administrator to join a successful, independent provider of commercial finance in Manchester. The role involves handling loan documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external parties, and ensuring records are kept up‑to‑date for real‑time management information.
Key responsibilities
- Log, review, and forward emails and tasks, ensuring appropriate referrals and responses.
- Print, file, and diarise documents, maintaining both online and hard‑copy records.
- Review Agreement in Principle/Terms and supporting paperwork received from the sales team.
- Raise queries with the sales team, brokers, and borrowers as needed.
- Request and manage valuation quotes from surveyor panel managers, relay information to brokers/borrowers, and instruct valuations when acceptable.
- Receive, save, log, print, review, and internally refer valuation reports, raising any necessary queries with the surveyor panel.
- Liaise with solicitors, brokers, borrowers, and their solicitors to progress short‑term bridging loan files to completion.
