About the role

Marchay is a membership‑based luxury travel service that creates bespoke experiences for sophisticated travelers worldwide. As a Luxury Travel Advisor you will work remotely with a team of travel professionals to design, book, and deliver personalized itineraries that exceed the expectations of high‑end members.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage customized travel itineraries for luxury members.
• Research destinations, accommodations, and exclusive experiences tailored to client preferences.
• Coordinate bookings—including hotels, transportation, activities, and special requests—with global suppliers.
• Provide highly personalized client service and relationship management throughout the planning and execution phases.
• Maintain accurate trip records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow‑up after travel.
• Stay current with luxury travel trends, new destinations, and partner offerings to deliver insightful recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience as a travel advisor, preferably in luxury travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, delivering professional client service.
• Willingness to work Eastern Time Zone hours while based in North America.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using itinerary planning tools and booking platforms.
• Knowledge of Sabre GDS.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
