Luxury Travel Consultant for High‑Net‑Worth Clients

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Travel Consultant to join a leading luxury tour operator that creates bespoke holidays for high‑net‑worth individuals worldwide. You will act as the primary point of contact for discerning clients, translating their travel aspirations into unforgettable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with HNWI clients via Teams or Zoom to capture detailed travel requirements.
• Design and present tailor‑made itineraries covering villas, hotels, round‑the‑world trips, beach escapes, safaris and unique experiences.
• Leverage an extensive network of premium hotels, villas, tour operators and Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to secure the best options.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of global luxury travel trends and product offerings.
• Provide ongoing support throughout the booking process and post‑travel follow‑up.

Required profile

• Current experience dealing with high‑end worldwide travel and HNWI clientele.
• Deep familiarity with luxury accommodation, exclusive villas and top‑tier tour operators.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients from diverse locations.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of luxury hotels, villas and premium travel suppliers.
• Ability to source and negotiate with DMCs and tour operators.
