About the role
We are looking for a Major Loss Adjuster to manage a portfolio of domestic, high‑net‑worth and commercial claims, including material damage and business interruption, across the West Midlands. The successful candidate will act as the nominated adjuster for key accounts, delivering expert claim handling without financial restriction.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and settle high‑value domestic and commercial loss claims.
- Handle material damage and business interruption claims for high‑net‑worth clients.
- Operate throughout the West Midlands region, maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the nominated Major Loss Adjuster for designated accounts.
- Prepare detailed reports and liaise with insurers, legal teams and other stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in major loss adjusting or similar high‑value claim handling.
- Ability to manage complex, high‑value portfolios independently.
- ACILA or FCILA qualification preferred but not essential.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
