Management Accountant – Birmingham

About the role
We are looking for a Management Accountant to join a growing SME in Birmingham. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will support month‑end processes, budgeting and financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Month‑end close
- Production of full management accounts
- Analysis and commentary
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Financial reporting
- Balance‑sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with year‑end activities
- Supporting the Head of Finance on finance projects and ad‑hoc tasks
Required profile
- Part‑qualified ACA, ACCA or ACMA
- Experience working in an SME with broad finance responsibilities
- Previous experience as a Management Accountant
- Strong Excel skills
