Management Consultant – Advisory & Programme Delivery

About the role
We are seeking a Management Consultant to join our Strategic Advisory business within Mott MacDonald’s Advisory and Programme Delivery unit. In this role you will help clients navigate complex challenges, unlock opportunities and deliver lasting value beyond capital project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic advisory and consulting services across sectors such as built environment, defence, energy, water, transportation, health and care.
- Support clients in programme and project management, project controls, scheduling, cost management and estimating.
- Contribute to infrastructure finance, digital consulting and education initiatives as part of multidisciplinary project teams.
- Collaborate with global specialists to deliver tailored solutions for projects up to £20 bn in scale and complexity.
Required profile
- Qualified consultant with a strong interest in multidisciplinary advisory work.
- Commitment to trust, transparency, inclusion and delivering value to clients.
- Willingness to work across multiple UK locations and engage with diverse teams.
