Management Consultant – National Security (Hybrid)

About the role

Ncounter is seeking a Management Consultant to support high‑impact National Security and Intelligence programmes. The role is hybrid, with up to three days per week onsite in London, and requires an active eDV clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across complex consulting engagements for government and intelligence clients.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders from operational users to senior programme leadership.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and translate challenges into practical delivery plans.
• Produce high‑quality presentations, reports and recommendations that influence key decisions.
• Analyse data and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support Agile delivery through business analysis, product management or business change activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary client and consultancy teams.
• Contribute to practice growth through recruitment, mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Recent (within 12 months) experience in UK National Security programmes.
• Active eDV security clearance.
• Background in management consulting delivering complex client engagements.
• Experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Business Change or Agile delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
