Manager, Applied AI Engineering (Large Enterprise)

About the role

We are seeking an Applied AI Engineering leader to ensure the technical success of our most strategic Large Enterprise customers across EMEA. You will manage the full implementation journey, align technical teams, and drive production applications and API adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy and operating model of the Large Enterprise Applied AI team, aligning with company objectives and customer needs.
• Lead, build, and mentor a high‑performing team of Applied AI Engineers to deliver production customer applications and increase API adoption.
• Serve as the technical advocate for customers, shaping research and product roadmaps.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point, maintaining direct communication with executive‑level stakeholders.
• Champion safe and innovative applications of our technology across sectors as an industry thought leader.

Required profile

• 8+ years in a technical customer‑facing role, managing C‑level relationships with global organizations.
• 2+ years leading technical post‑sales teams, with experience hiring and developing talent.
• Proven track record delivering complex Generative AI or traditional ML solutions to production for large enterprises.
• Strong communication skills and a humble, collaborative attitude.
