Manager, Transformation Project Management – FMS SaaS

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Manager, Transformation Project Management – FMS SaaS to lead the migration of its Financial Management System to a cloud‑based SaaS solution. The role sits within a global team and works closely with functional leads, the Global Change Manager, the SaaS vendor and IT colleagues to ensure a smooth transition while meeting audit and data protection standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle for integration workstreams and broader design of the new FMS SaaS solution.
• Develop and maintain the integrations plan, track dependencies and coordinate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance forums, provide status updates and ensure alignment with global audit and data‑protection requirements.
• Support the Senior Project Manager and Project Lead in prioritising work, managing risks and driving delivery through influence.
• Collaborate with the SaaS vendor, IT team and functional leads to decommission the legacy on‑premise system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management within technical or systems delivery environments.
• Ability to work across business and IT teams and influence outcomes without direct line authority.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on delivering results for humanitarian impact.
