About the role

The Marketing Assistant position is designed for an enthusiastic individual starting a career in marketing. Working within a fast‑paced, supportive team, you will gain hands‑on experience across B2B event campaigns and develop both creative and technical capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain event websites, ensuring up‑to‑date content.
• Implement SEO best practices to boost campaign performance.
• Create and schedule weekly marketing emails.
• Produce social media and website banners and support content planning.
• Design complex registration flows for event sign‑ups and manage lead flows.
• Track marketing‑influenced revenue and handle shared inboxes.
• Assist with media partner outreach and ad‑hoc marketing projects.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
