Marketing Executive

About the role

Join Superdrug’s Head Office in Croydon and help shape customer‑facing promotional activity across the UK and the Republic of Ireland. You will support the creation, communication and implementation of promotional campaigns that reflect Superdrug’s brand values and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, communicating and implementing company promotional plans and pricing policy within prescribed timescales.
• Support the organisation and rollout of strategic promotions, ensuring accurate in‑store execution and consistent communication.
• Provide quality service to stores on all promotion, price and product‑related commercial activity.
• Work cross‑functionally to produce accurate communication documents for in‑store implementation.
• Deliver accuracy in all in‑store customer communication.
• Operate within agreed budgets and timescales.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Undertake administrative tasks for the role and support other members of the marketing team as required.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects as needed.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
