Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to join the Pension Protection Fund on a fixed‑term contract covering maternity leave. The role will lead the creation and production of corporate publications, maintain our tone of voice and brand, and translate complex information into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of communications campaigns for key corporate pieces.
• Write, edit and produce corporate publications, award entries and other communications material.
• Collaborate with designers, artworkers and external agencies to develop digital content for websites, email campaigns and online publications.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and stakeholder expectations to ensure timely delivery.
• Support the wider Communications team and organisational stakeholders in telling the PPF story consistently.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate communications, writing and editing for complex subjects.
• Strong project‑management ability with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.
• Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced writing and editing proficiency.
• Experience with digital content creation for websites and email campaigns.
• Familiarity with working with designers, artworkers or creative agencies.

What we offer

• Hybrid working from our Croydon office.
• Salary £55,000‑£60,000 per year.

• Fixed‑term contract up to 15 months.
