Marketing Manager – Internal Secondment (London/NYC/Toronto)

About the role

We are looking for an internal Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team on a 6‑to‑12‑month secondment, with the possibility of a permanent position. No prior marketing experience is required – you will be trained and will apply your insight and storytelling skills to a new discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and run events and webinars, including the flagship "Most Loved" series.
• Drive repeat campaigns such as Grocery Eye, Consumer Compass and Business Confidence.
• Coordinate demand‑generation, content and product‑marketing activities across the team.
• Support the Sales organisation with account‑based marketing (ABM) campaigns and follow‑up.
• Translate research data into compelling stories for external audiences.

Required profile

• Proactive, commercially minded and able to bring structure and momentum to multiple programmes.
• Strong writer who can produce clear, polished content and bring data to life.
• Confident when interfacing with sales and commercial teams, treating follow‑up as part of the campaign.
• Strategic, creative and comfortable taking initiative in a newly created role.
• Excellent multitasker and relationship builder, able to influence senior and junior colleagues.

Required skills

• Experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform, preferably HubSpot.
• Familiarity with a content‑management system such as WordPress.
• Use of project‑management tools like Asana, Monday.com or Trello.
• Knowledge of webinar platforms such as Zoom Webinars or ON24.
• Event‑logistics coordination and strong storytelling with data.
