About the role

Join Bray Leino as an Account Manager, building trusted client relationships and delivering digital campaigns within an inclusive, hybrid team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and act as the primary day‑to‑day contact.
• Manage client briefs from inception through final delivery, coordinating internal teams across multiple projects.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, costs and documentation, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead client calls, present work and project updates confidently, and keep senior stakeholders informed.
• Support the development of creative and strategic work, primarily across digital platforms.

Required profile

• Agency‑based experience delivering digital marketing campaigns, preferably e‑commerce, website and SEO projects.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience managing budgets, estimates, invoicing or financial tracking.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
