Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative, commercially‑minded Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for a leading luxury tour operator in Greater Manchester. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will own the end‑to‑end marketing activity, delivering campaigns that inspire high‑end travellers and generate quality enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy.
• Plan and manage multi‑channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Manage website content and collaborate with developers to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Lead SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media activity.
• Create engaging content such as blogs, destination guides, newsletters and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reporting and recommendations.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, photographers and media partners.
• Support product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Work closely with sales and product teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure a strong return on investment.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic marketer with excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional campaigns.
• At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, manager level preferred.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities.
• Strong project‑management capability, able to run multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience within travel, luxury, hospitality or lifestyle brands is highly advantageous.
