Paid Media Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

Forward Role is partnering with a leading international travel company to hire a senior Paid Media Manager. Based in Manchester city centre with a hybrid working model (three days in the office), you will own the paid‑media channel, shaping strategy and execution while the team scales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive PPC strategy, managing a significant budget.
• Work closely with the paid media team to ensure alignment across accounts.
• Monitor and optimise performance against forecast expectations.
• Manage relationships with key partners such as Google, Microsoft, Meta and Brainlabs.
• Collaborate with design, data‑science and marketing teams to drive continuous improvements.
• Identify new opportunities to enhance PPC performance.
• Lead YouTube advertising initiatives with a creative‑first approach.
• Design and run rigorous A/B testing programmes to improve key KPIs.
• Partner with analytics and measurement teams to assess impact and refine strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale PPC budgets, either in‑house or agency side.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, spot trends and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for performance review and insight generation.
• Familiarity with Search Ads 360 (SA360) is a plus but not essential.
