Marketing Manager

About the role

Aspinal of London are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team in London. In this role you will work closely with the Head of PR and Marketing to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of key marketing and communications activity across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the annual marketing calendar, aligning launches, key dates and activities across the business.
• Develop campaign strategies with media partners and agencies, brief, coordinate activity and produce post‑campaign performance reports.
• Create and adapt seasonal and campaign marketing toolkits and presentations for internal teams and external partners.
• Support VIP and influencer programmes, coordinating directly with the brand network and external agencies.
• Drive retail marketing initiatives during key commercial periods to maximise footfall and in‑store sales.
• Plan and execute brand events, managing suppliers, gifting packs and guest experiences.
• Manage project budgets for events and campaigns, ensuring delivery within budget and supporting invoice processing.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports for senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the luxury or fashion industry.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and multi‑project handling abilities.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
