As a Matchday Supporter Services Assistant for the 2026/27 season, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional and unforgettable experience to our fans during matchdays.

Missions principales

• Provide outstanding customer service to supporters on matchdays.
• Handle ticket reservations and inquiries via telephone.
• Manage face-to-face transactions and assistance at the ticketing windows.
• Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all fans throughout the stadium visit.
• Support the wider supporter services team during the 19 Premier League home matches and potential cup fixtures.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient under high-pressure environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Availability to work all home matchdays (please note: you may miss kick-off due to the nature of the role).
• Must have the legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
