Mechanical Project Manager – Mission Critical Construction

About the role

Take on a Mechanical Project Manager role with a rapidly growing main contractor in the mission‑critical construction sector. You will lead the planning, execution and delivery of a high‑value project, with clear progression towards senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of a mission‑critical construction project.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and client relationships to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Be on‑site five days a week and travel or stay away as required for project duration.

Required profile

• Willingness to work on site five days a week.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale commercial, retail, pharmaceutical or industrial projects.
• Mechanical engineering background with experience in MEP/HVAC environments.
• Readiness to travel across the UK and potentially abroad.
