Join a global leader in health and employment services. As a Functional Assessor, you will play a critical role in evaluating the impact of disabilities and illnesses on daily life, providing expert clinical insights to support essential social security processes.

Missions principales

• Conduct clinical reviews and assessments (via telephone, video, or face-to-face) to evaluate the impact of health conditions on functional capacity.
• Produce high-quality Work Capability Assessment (WCA) reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
• Advise case managers on complex PIP-related complaints and inquiries from clients, representatives, or the DWP.
• Analyze clinical feedback to drive professional development and continuous service improvement.
• Manage complex cases including veterans, neurological pathologies, industrial injuries, and respiratory diseases.

Profil recherché

• Valid registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
• Minimum of one year of post-qualification clinical experience.
• Proven ability to handle complex medical cases with precision.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret clinical data and its functional impact.
• Full right to work in the United Kingdom.

Competences requises

• Excellent oral and written communication skills for detailed report writing.
• High level of proficiency with digital tools and IT systems.
• Clinical expertise in diverse medical fields (Neurology, Respiratory, etc.).
• Ability to maintain objectivity and professional standards during assessments.
