Merchandiser – Fashion Jewellery – Billericay

About the role

We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our successful Merchandising team at DCK in Billericay. The role works alongside Buying, Design and Host teams to define and develop the brand’s vision, strategy and new initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and develop brand vision and strategy, ensuring new initiatives align with critical path timelines.
• Manage critical path milestones, workload priorities and communicate regularly with the Merchandise Manager.
• Drive profitability by reviewing P&L, creating profitable assortment plans, and setting seasonal budgets.
• Lead seasonal planning, including assortment, option, and range planning, while optimising space and options.
• Oversee OTB, stock requirements and in‑season forecasting to meet sales and profit targets.
• Use analytics to identify opportunities, optimise pricing, ranging and visual merchandising, and support buying decisions.
• Coach and develop the merchandising team, conduct regular 1‑2‑1s and promote a culture of transparency and accountability.
