MHE Operative – Warehouse Operations Specialist

About the role

Kinaxia Logistics is looking for an MHE Operative to join its Manchester site. You will support the Warehouse Manager in delivering efficient, safe, and customer‑focused warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of productivity and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Process warehouse tasks efficiently to meet service level agreements while minimising man‑hours.
• Prioritise daily workload, ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved.
• Manage staffing levels to sustain smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Ensure all staff follow health and safety procedures and hold required certifications.
• Organise and monitor team activities to maximise efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain accurate paperwork, investigate discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
• Communicate clearly with other departments, providing timely information.
• Review and improve warehouse procedures proactively.
• Uphold high standards of housekeeping and meet specific customer requirements.
• Record and process all documentation related to goods movement and storage.
• Assist other departments as needed to ensure overall business continuity.

Required profile

• Understanding of warehouse health & safety procedures.
• Experience using stock management software.
• Valid FLT (forklift) licence.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team.
• Demonstrated alignment with company values (Safe, Talented, Attentive, Reliable).
