Microsoft Practice Associate

About the role

CyberOne is looking for an ambitious individual to work directly alongside the Microsoft Practice Director. You will shadow senior activities, attend customer and partner meetings, and gradually take on technical and strategic responsibilities while developing deep expertise in Microsoft security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Shadow the Microsoft Practice Director across technical, strategic and customer‑facing activities.
• Participate in customer meetings, executive briefings, partner engagements, webinars and industry events.
• Support technical presales engagements, workshops and solution discussions.
• Research customers, technologies, industry trends and emerging market opportunities.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, Statements of Work and other customer‑facing documentation.
• Contribute to service development, innovation initiatives and thought‑leadership content.

Required profile

• Highly ambitious with a strong desire to build a career in technology or cybersecurity.
• Curious, proactive self‑starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational ability, capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally as required.
• Right to work in the UK.
