Mid-level Salesforce Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Salesforce Engineer to design, build and ship custom solutions on our Salesforce platform. This is a greenfield project with a brand‑new org, giving you the chance to shape architecture, standards and patterns from the ground up while delivering visible impact to operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain reusable Lightning Web Components with a focus on performance, accessibility and UI composition.
• Own end‑to‑end integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems, handling REST/SOAP callouts, authentication and error management.
• Write clean, well‑tested Apex code (services, triggers, async processing) respecting governor limits.
• Build and maintain Flow automations, deciding when logic belongs in Flow versus Apex.
• Model data and configure the platform, including custom objects, fields, metadata‑driven settings and platform events.
• Participate in code reviews, testing standards and design discussions to keep the codebase clean.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional software.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience building solutions on Salesforce and delivering them to production.
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services or healthcare) is a plus.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform expertise (Lightning Web Components, Apex, Flow).
• Strong integration skills: REST/SOAP callouts, named credentials, authentication, data mapping.
• Proficiency with modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Git version control and pull‑request workflow.
• SFDX / Salesforce CLI and source‑driven deployment.
• CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps (bonus), second‑generation packaging (2GP) or scratch orgs.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or JavaScript Developer I (optional).
