Midweight Designer – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Midweight Designer to join WPP Production on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will create multimedia designs for global brands across print, digital, social, out‑of‑home and video channels, working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design assets for print, online, social, OOH, DOOH and video campaigns.
• Interpret briefs, consult with project managers and define deliverables and deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different media formats.
• Ensure all work follows client brand guidelines and technical specifications.
• Produce artwork for retail assets, third‑party retailers and bespoke spaces.
• Present concepts as in‑situ mock‑ups to client centres of excellence.
• Maintain high standards of design theory, typography and visual consistency.

Required profile

• Strong eye for design with a background in print or digital design.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
