Midweight Designer – In‑house Creative Agency

About the role

The B-Hive, an in‑house creative agency for leading beauty brands, is looking for a Midweight Designer to join its design team. You will work on a variety of media, supporting the creation of compelling visual assets for well‑known brands such as No7 and Soap & Glory.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Creative Lead and Lead Designers to produce design collateral for campaigns, print, digital, in‑store displays, image retouching and concept development.
• Generate fresh, innovative ideas while respecting established brand identities and guidelines.
• Support the team in meeting KPI targets such as cost‑per‑acquisition, speed to asset, and asset quality.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the beauty market and the agency’s brands.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with briefs, brand standards, and high‑quality expectations.

Required profile

• A degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline with a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in campaign work, including print, editorial, social media concepts, email design, digital content and video storyboarding.
• Previous experience in the beauty industry or a similar sector.
• Confident presentation and communication skills, especially when working with strategists and multiple stakeholders.
