About the role
We are seeking motivated Mobile Sales Specialists to drive new business acquisition for our telecommunications portfolio. The role is hybrid, with monthly hub days at our Alderley Edge office, and offers a tiered salary, uncapped commission and a car allowance.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new mobile business opportunities in line with product strategy.
- Achieve monthly acquisition targets using existing customer and prospect databases.
- Conduct high‑volume outbound sales activity and collaborate with Account Directors.
- Build trust with customers through clear communication and strong relationship management.
- Maintain a qualified pipeline and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities across the wider product portfolio.
- Develop innovative approaches to attract and convert leads.
- Present forecasts, pipeline updates and win plans to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, preferably new‑business acquisition.
- Strong background in enterprise and corporate mobile sales.
- Resilient under pressure with a track record of exceeding growth targets.
- Excellent telephone sales and closing abilities.
- Self‑starter who thrives both independently and in a team.
- High energy, positive attitude and enthusiasm for winning new business.
- Commitment to continuous self‑development and adaptability to change.
