Mortgage Administrator – Hybrid, Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a Mortgage Administrator to join our specialist lending team in Manchester. You will assess second‑charge mortgage applications, verify documentation and support responsible lending decisions while developing your underwriting expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Review and manually assess second‑charge mortgage applications against lending criteria.
• Verify customer documentation, request additional information and maintain accurate case records.
• Analyse income, expenditure and affordability to support lending decisions.
• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders, managing cases to meet service levels and KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience assessing or processing loan or finance applications.
• Experience reviewing income and expenditure information as part of a lending process.
• Background in mortgage, loan processing, motor finance or similar financial services.

• Salary £32,000‑£33,500 per annum plus monthly bonus (OTE up to £38,000+).
