Client Onboarding Executive

About the role

We are looking for an organised and detail‑oriented professional to join a growing professional services organisation as a Client Onboarding Executive. You will manage the onboarding journey from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring compliance and exceptional attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end client onboarding and account setup processes.
• Conduct AML, KYC, sanctions, PEP and adverse media checks.
• Review and verify client documentation and due‑diligence information.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to obtain outstanding information.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, trackers and audit trails.
• Monitor onboarding progress and ensure timescales are met.
• Support client risk assessments, annual reviews and ongoing monitoring activities.
• Assist with compliance, regulatory and audit requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and efficiencies.
• Support the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the office environment when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in client onboarding, compliance, AML/KYC, client administration or a similar role.
• Experience within professional services, legal, financial services, accountancy, tax or another regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of client due‑diligence and compliance processes.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in documentation.
• Confident communication skills and a professional approach with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Good Microsoft Office skills and experience maintaining accurate records and databases.
