Mortgage Administrator – Independent Financial Advice Firm

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join the broker arm of a well‑established independent financial advice firm in Horsham. This is a full‑time, office‑based position supporting the mortgage team with end‑to‑end administration.

Key responsibilities

• Process mortgage applications from initial submission through to completion.
• Liaise with a full panel of lenders to obtain required documentation and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide administrative support to brokers and assist with client queries.
• Prepare reports and update internal systems with loan status information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in mortgage administration within an independent environment.
• Familiarity with a wide range of lenders and their specific requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Office‑based availability Monday‑Friday.
