Mortgage Advisor (Home Based)

About the role

We are seeking a home‑based Mortgage Advisor to build and manage a client portfolio while benefiting from extensive marketing support and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new mortgage business through self‑generated leads and company‑provided leads.
• Support and engage with marketing campaigns to maximise lead flow.
• Provide mortgage advice to clients, including equity release where qualified.
• Manage the mortgage application process with full admin support.
• Maintain client relationships and build rapport quickly.

Required profile

• Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably with recent CAS status.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to support marketing efforts.
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to build rapport.

Required skills

• CeMAP qualification.
