Mortgage Advisor Support – Entry Level

About the role

Join Evolution Money’s specialist contact centre as a Mortgage Advisor Support. This entry‑level position is designed for candidates eager to start a career in financial services, offering training and a pathway to the CeMAP qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver qualified leads to the lending team.
• Pre‑qualify warm leads and conduct fact‑find interviews to assess eligibility.
• Arrange appointments with accredited Mortgage Advisors and manage diaries to maximise contact.
• Provide excellent telephone and email customer service.
• Support Mortgage Advisors by gathering documentation and assisting with loan application tasks.
• Track personal performance against KPIs and ensure compliance with data protection, Treating Customers Fairly, and company values.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in a phone‑based sales role, preferably within financial services.
• Ability to work onsite in Manchester city‑centre offices at least three days per week.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Motivation to progress to a qualified Mortgage Advisor role.
