Mortgage Broker – High‑Value Clients, City of London

About the role

Our client, a well‑established independent mortgage brokerage in the City of London, is seeking a self‑employed Mortgage Broker to join their team. You will work from a prime office, receive high‑quality HNW client leads and advise on a broad range of mortgage products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mortgage advice on residential, buy‑to‑let, bridging, development and commercial finance cases.
• Manage client relationships from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Utilise weekly supplied leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven mortgage broking experience within the independent market.
• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience with high‑net‑worth or complex mortgage cases is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
