National Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially‑driven National Sales Manager to lead our UK sales operations. This is a brand‑new opportunity within a young, ambitious business that benefits from the strength and buying power of a major UK tile importer and distributor.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a nationwide team of three Area Sales Managers.
• Coach the team to identify opportunities, secure new customers and grow existing accounts.
• Increase overall company turnover by expanding the customer base and deepening relationships.
• Personally manage several strategic key accounts and contribute to shaping future business growth.
• Oversee sales of container loads, trailer loads and pallet quantities to independent tile retailers, merchants and distributors across the UK.

Required profile

• Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of driving growth.
• Comfortable working in the field, building relationships and closing deals.
• Strong motivational skills to inspire and support a sales team.
• Excellent negotiation abilities and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in the tile industry is advantageous but not essential.
