About the role

As a New Business Consultant focusing on employee benefits, you will drive profitable growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities across professional services. The role offers a high degree of autonomy and the chance to shape the growth strategy by exploring new sectors and distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Lead conversion efforts to meet or exceed business targets.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with prospective clients and partners.
• Collaborate with colleagues, global partners, and introducers to expand distribution channels.
• Contribute to annual business planning and forecasting processes.
• Attend and lead prospect meetings.
• Develop proposal documents, tender responses, and presentation materials.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, ensuring quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Work with service teams to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor service delivery standards and maintain regular contact with clients across your portfolio, including allocated house accounts.
