New Car Sales Manager – Citroen & Fiat

About the role

We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our Citroen and Fiat sales team at our Birmingham centre. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service and developing your team to achieve business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and maintain all relevant budgetary controls.
• Manage departmental deadlines and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, select and onboard new sales talent.
• Develop and support team members to meet individual and business goals.
• Analyse sales data and implement strategies to increase new‑car sales.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience in new‑car sales management, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational abilities.
• Passion for delivering best‑in‑class customer service.
• Ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
