New Car Sales Manager – Citroen & Fiat

About the role

We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our Citroen and Fiat sales team in Birmingham. You will combine strong sales expertise with excellent communication and planning skills to deliver best‑in‑class customer service and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and maintain all relevant budgetary controls.
• Manage departmental deadlines while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, select, and onboard new talent.
• Develop and support your team to achieve both individual and business goals.
• Lead the sales process for new Citroen and Fiat vehicles.
