About the role
SailPoint is seeking a Digital Sales Representative focused on the Strategic Nordics market, primarily Sweden. The role involves driving sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics while delivering a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify SaaS opportunities, collaborating with field sales, account executives, SEs, and channel partners.
- Conduct discovery calls, shadow calls, and build a pipeline using tools such as LinkedIn, 6Sense, TechTarget, and ZoomInfo.
- Follow SailPoint’s sales model, deliver the pitch, and convert leads into opportunities in Salesforce.
- Achieve funnel, pipeline, and revenue targets, progressing from onboarding to closing deals independently.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and Swedish; additional Nordic languages a plus.
- 2+ years of successful telemarketing or technology sales experience.
- Ambitious self‑starter with strong relationship‑selling skills and the ability to manage calls at various customer levels.
