About the role

We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to join our Birmingham dealership team. You will work closely with the sales department, driving performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing your team to achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and maintain all relevant budgetary controls.
• Manage departmental deadlines while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, select, and onboard new talent for the sales team.
• Develop and support team members to achieve both individual and business goals.
• Oversee day‑to‑day sales operations and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Proven experience in new‑car sales management.
• Strong communication and planning abilities.
