New Homes Sales Negotiator (East London)

About the role

An exciting opportunity for a driven New Homes Sales Negotiator to join a leading residential developer on a major new development in Bow, East London. You will work on‑site, handling buyer enquiries, conducting viewings and guiding customers from initial interest through to reservation and exchange.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound buyer enquiries and qualify applicants
• Conduct viewings and sales appointments
• Present the development, specifications and local area confidently
• Build strong relationships with prospective buyers
• Negotiate offers and secure reservations
• Manage buyers through the sales process to exchange
• Follow up leads and maintain accurate CRM records
• Work towards sales targets and conversion objectives
• Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout

Required profile

• Previous experience in estate agency, new homes or residential sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, polished and professional with clients
• Target‑driven with a commercial mindset
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced sales environment
• Willingness to work weekends when required
• Mandarin language skills advantageous but not essential
