Night Resident Experience Assistant

About the role

Join a leading real‑estate agency as a Night Resident Experience Assistant on a brand‑new luxury Build‑to‑Rent development in Birmingham. You will support the on‑site property management team, ensuring residents receive first‑class service throughout the night shift and that the development remains safe, secure and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome residents and provide high‑quality customer service at all times.
• Man the front desk throughout the night, maintaining a professional appearance.
• Monitor the resident services email inbox and respond to enquiries promptly.
• Foster a community feel through communications, events and innovative initiatives.
• Act as the first point of contact for maintenance reports and coordinate contractor appointments.
• Conduct regular inspections of communal areas and apartments, ensuring they are well presented.
• Maintain up‑to‑date leasing trackers and produce check‑in/check‑out reports.
• Perform building walks to identify health, safety or security concerns and report them.
• Undertake compliance checks such as fire‑door inspections and water flushing.
• Complete any special projects assigned by the Resident Services Manager.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proactive, dynamic attitude with ownership of core duties.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently during night hours.
• Valid Security SIA licence.

• Security SIA licence (required for the role).
