Estate Agent Selling Luxury Homes

About the role

Fine & Country is looking for motivated estate agents to sell luxury homes in the West Midlands. You will work remotely, manage your own pipeline and benefit from a national network that supports high‑value property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, market and sell luxury properties priced between £1M and £5M+
• Achieve an average of one sale per month, generating earnings of £100,000‑£120,000 per year
• Utilise the company’s training, coaching, marketing material and technology tools
• Follow the Success Blueprint and collaborate with a dedicated support team
• Maintain relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and international buyers

Required profile

• Experienced estate agent with a proven track record in high‑value sales
• Ambitious, self‑driven and comfortable working independently
• Desire to be your own boss while leveraging a national brand
