Non-Residential EFL Teacher – Anglo Syllabus

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teacher to deliver high‑quality, engaging lessons to teenage students following the ANGLO syllabus. The role involves creating an inclusive, communicative learning environment both inside and outside the classroom.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of ANGLO teenage learners.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a consistent ANGLO experience.
• Prepare students for presentations, excursions, and cultural visits.
• Maintain accurate attendance registers and weekly schemes of work.
• Provide constructive feedback and complete academic reports.
• Adhere to ANGLO safeguarding, welfare, and Prevent policies.
• Respond promptly to any issues, incidents, or complaints.

Required profile

• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• University degree plus a TEFL‑related qualification (e.g., CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL, PGCE, 120‑hour TEFL).
• Native or near‑native English fluency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team‑player attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and commit to continuous professional development.
