NQ Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Hybrid, £50k

About the role

We are seeking a newly qualified solicitor to join our specialist Clinical Negligence team in Essex. You will work alongside senior lawyers on complex, high‑value claimant matters, gaining structured support and gradually taking ownership of your own cases.

Key responsibilities

• Review medical records and liaise with medical experts.
• Prepare witness statements and evidence.
• Assist with case strategy and support claims through negotiation and litigation.
• Develop client relationships and manage sensitive matters with empathy.

Required profile

• Newly qualified solicitor or about to qualify.
• Experience in clinical negligence or litigation gained during training or a paralegal role.
• Strong written, analytical and client‑care skills.
• Commitment to a career in claimant clinical negligence.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters professionally.
• Resident within reasonable commuting distance of the Essex office.
