About the role

We are seeking an NQ+ Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Partner to join a busy, multi‑practice law firm in west London. The successful candidate will manage a growing conveyancing team, contribute to business development and help double the department’s size as part of the firm’s strategic plan.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle residential sales and purchases, both freehold and leasehold.
  • Manage lease extensions and transfers of equity.
  • Oversee a team of conveyancers, ensuring high‑quality client service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support department growth.

Required profile

  • Qualified solicitor with several years of residential conveyancing experience.
  • Ability to manage an individual caseload effectively.
  • Commercially minded with a focus on profitability.
  • Management experience is desirable but not essential.
