Nursery Manager – Early Years Leadership Role

About the role
Our client is dedicated to providing an exceptional educational experience for children from birth to pre‑school in a safe and stimulating environment. As a Nursery Manager you will lead the centre, ensuring high standards of care and education while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for children, parents, and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment that promotes children’s learning.
- Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the nursery, delivering outstanding standards of care and education in partnership with colleagues and families.
- Meet commercial and people‑focused objectives, ensuring the nursery operates efficiently and profitably.
- Lead and develop the nursery team, handling conflict resolution and monitoring performance.
- Uphold minimum operating standards while inspiring colleagues to deliver the best childcare and education.
Required profile
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
- At least two years of early‑years experience, with management experience preferred.
- ICT qualification or strong knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted Early Education Inspection Framework.
